Now that's something new I've never seen before and were excellent. It's a takeoff on poutine where you have fries as the main ingredient and you put shawarma chicken on the top with tahini and or hot sauce if you like with a base of tabouli and hummus under the fries. If you like Middle Eastern food you will love Shawarma fries
