  Nice staff our food was awful. Went for a little trip from london to port Stanley the fish had lots of oil amd under cooked. Wraps were bitter fries were uncooked. I expected alot more from what i got. Truly let down.

  Had lunch there. Pretty good. But what struck me was that they had an acoustic guitar available for anyone to use should impromptu jams break out. I've seen pianos in bars before but the guitar is probably a more contemporary instrument these days and more befitting of the pub atmosphere.

  Food was good. Prices seemed a bit high but comparable to most places in town. Great view from the patio and an actual craft beer menu.

  What an awesome local pub! Food, craft local beer, atmosphere and local people are the best. Port Stanley is the best place on earth and Barnacles just adds to the experience. It's a destination for foodies. Get here!

  It's the first really warm and beautiful week so we headed down to Port Stanley to go to the beach and get some dinner. I was surprised to see that the dinner rush was in full swing and there was only one server! It is a really small place but with the patio open and everything you would think that there would be more help. The poor server was trying to cash people out, take orders and serve everyone! We waited over 30 minutes just for our order to be taken and we know it wasn't her fault. I felt bad for the waitress and the stress she was under. Her boss didn't have her back, that's for sure! The food was half decent considering the wait, but the chicken wings weren't the best and we certainly won't be back. I hope this restaurant gets it together for the busy season!
